3. Where do you ship from? Our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.
4. Can I change or cancel my order? As we strive to process orders promptly, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may be denied. If you wish to return your order for a full refund, you can do so after receiving it.
5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments for your convenience.
6. When will my order be processed? Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, and it usually takes 1-3 business days from the order date to process the order. The shipment will be sent out the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
